Q-Share Managers attend your company on an agreed basis managing and improving your own established Quality Management System. We supply and maintain all documents and manuals whilst providing instruction, training and advice on quality improvements and assurance.

 

We audit, correct, review and improve the quality system and practices whilst preparing the company for the 3rd Party Assessment by your selected Certifying Body.

 

We will also install under your control and approval, supporting software programs and IT programs which have been admired and commended by many accredited organizations and their customers.

 

We convene and attend the assessment by the Certifying Body as your Management Representative and complete all requirements of the assessment for subsequent approval and registration, including any corrective actions or observations raised.

 

The Business Management System maintenance and service we provide will cover the standard’s requirements and any other company quality objectives you have defined.

 

Future changes or developments of standards predicted for 2020-2024, which impact on your systems, will be accommodated by revisions and re-issue of the policy documents and procedures as an integrated part of the service we undertake.
